By creating a NomadBold account and accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. NomadBold reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Membership and Billing
NomadBold memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your membership renews automatically until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period. Prices may change with 30 days notice to active members. All prices are in USD.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. NomadBold offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new members. If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact hello@nomadbold.com for a full refund.
Content and Intellectual Property
All content on NomadBold — including city guides, dating guides, cost of living reports, video content, and written materials — is the intellectual property of NomadBold. Members may access content for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share NomadBold content with non-members.
Member Tools
Member tools provide personalized information based on inputs you provide. Its outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or immigration advice. NomadBold is not responsible for decisions you make based on AI Advisor outputs. Always consult qualified professionals for legal, visa, financial, and medical decisions.
Community Standards
NomadBold's community is private and member-only. Members agree to engage respectfully, not share member-only content outside the platform, not engage in harassment, spam, or abusive behavior, not share illegal content or engage in illegal activities through the platform, and not impersonate other members or NomadBold staff. Violation of community standards may result in immediate membership termination without refund.

Our total liability to any member for any claim is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination
NomadBold reserves the right to terminate memberships that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior toward other members or staff, or attempt to circumvent platform security or access controls. Termination for violations does not entitle you to a refund.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against NomadBold.
